Our latest release, IntelliStore v2.29, brings new gift receipt functionality.
In addition to the normal receipt, your customers can now choose to have a gift receipt printed as well. This allows your customers to include this new receipt with the gift in case it needs to be exchanged or returned.
As you’d expect, the gift receipt does not show the price paid for the item.
You can also configure the text that appears on the gift receipt, from the back office.
A nice feature we added is the ability to print multiple gift receipts. If your customer buys more than one gift at the same time, you can print a separate gift receipt for each one.
Should the gift be returned, the new gift receipt can be scanned into IntelliStore. This allows the operator to offer an exchange, or a refund of the exact amount paid.
