Scan your receipts

A popular request from our customers, scannable receipts are now available in IntelliStore v2.29.

At the bottom of every receipt you will find a barcode. Scanning that barcode into IntelliStore POS will bring up a refund screen, with the original transaction loaded, and only refundable items will be shown.

The price being refunded can be amended by the operator, with the usual security procedures in place, just like normal price overrides.

As you’d expect, scannable receipts are fully configurable. If you’d prefer to save the paper, you can switch off the printing of the barcode and continue processing refunds manually.
